Sound Bath Plus is where collaboration meets resonance.
These special sessions pair sound healing with other complementary therapies — like Reiki and slow yoga flow — to create an even more immersive, nourishing experience.
Each one takes place in my peaceful Finchley studio, where we intentionally keep group sizes small. Clients often tell us this makes the experience feel more personal, grounded, and deeply restorative.
Below, you’ll find three unique ways to experience sound in collaboration — each created with care alongside trusted, heart-led practitioners.

Sound bath with reiki
with Reiki Master Angela Attar
Reiki and sound healing work beautifully together — both are gentle, non-invasive energy practices that help restore balance and calm from the inside out.
As you rest, fully clothed, and bathe in the therapeutic sounds of Himalayan bowls, chimes, crystal bowls and voice, Angela channels Reiki energy through the space — offering individual healing as she moves around the room.
Let the sounds and Reiki vibrations support you in releasing tension, quieting the mind, and restoring energetic flow.

🌿 Please let Angela know whether you prefer hands-on or no-touch Reiki at the start of the session.

Serenity in Sound and Flow
with yoga teacher Tiffany Mitchell
This 90-minute collaboration blends gentle movement with immersive sound — a soulful pairing of yoga and healing frequencies.
Tiffany begins by guiding you through a slow, meditative yoga flow designed to release tension and connect breath with body. Then, you’ll ease into stillness as I lead you through a deeply relaxing sound bath.
This is a beautiful choice if you’re seeking:
- Grounding and inner calm
- Nervous system regulation
- A moment to exhale and come back to yourself

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
with yoga teacher Tiffany Mitchell
This gentle collaboration blends long-held Yin yoga poses with immersive live sound — a quiet, grounding experience for body and mind.
Tiffany will guide you through a series of floor-based postures, each held for 3–5 minutes, helping to release deep tension in the fascia and create space in the body. As you soften into stillness, Emma weaves a soothing soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and percussion to support nervous system regulation and emotional release.
The session closes with a spacious period of silence, giving your whole system time to absorb, integrate, and return to balance.
This is an ideal practice if you’re seeking:
• Deep release without intensity
• Nervous system calm
• Time to reconnect with your inner rhythm
